Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about timing, pricing and how we work. Don’t see yours? Call or text (661) 437-6772.
Do you landscape new construction homes in Bakersfield?
Yes. New-construction yards are our specialty. We take bare builder lots in communities like Gossamer Grove, Belcourt and Seven Oaks and install complete front and backyards.
My HOA has a deadline for front-yard landscaping. Can you work around it?
Yes. Tell us your deadline when you request an estimate and we’ll schedule the install so the front yard is finished in time. Check your HOA’s rules for the exact deadline and any plant or turf requirements.
Do you haul away the builder’s debris?
Yes. Clearing leftover construction debris and grading the lot is the first step of every new-construction install.
Can I do the front yard now and the backyard later?
Yes. Many homeowners finish the front yard first for the HOA and come back for the backyard. The estimate breaks out each area so you can plan the phases.
