Decorative rock & mulch for a finished landscape

Landscape rock and mulch add color, texture and a clean, low-maintenance finish to your outdoor space. We install white rock, gold rock, river rock and cobble, decomposed granite and mulch to complement your home, turf, concrete and planting areas.

Installed over weed barrier with clean edges

Every rock and mulch bed starts with proper preparation. We grade the area, install weed barrier and finish each bed with clean edges and concrete curbing where needed, so materials stay in place and weeds stay out.

Water-wise landscaping for Bakersfield

Rock and mulch beds with drip irrigation use less water than lawn areas, making them a practical choice for Bakersfield summers. We pair them with drought-tolerant plants and trees for a landscape that looks great year-round.

F.A.Q

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about timing, pricing and how we work. Don’t see yours? Call or text (661) 437-6772.

Do you put weed barrier under the rock?

Yes. Every rock bed gets weed barrier fabric underneath and enough rock depth to keep it covered.

What’s the difference between decomposed granite and gravel?

Decomposed granite (DG) is fine and compacts into a firm surface that works for paths and sitting areas. Gravel is larger and stays loose.

Can I have plants in a rock yard?

Yes. We run drip lines under the rock to each plant so they get water without watering the whole bed.
